Aaron Kucharski

Aaron's inspiration for writing the Awake in the Dark series was sparked when he felt called to write a short story for his nephew elliott.  The short story later evolved into a full length novel after he experienced what he refers to as "a personal awakening."  This event drastically altered the direction of his writing.

On August 2nd, 2017 at 1:27 AM Aaron's awakening experience shifted and changed him, causing him to become opened up to the magic of the unseen and allowing him to connect with a muse.  Aaron was shown glimpses of non-ordinary realities that exist all around us, but that most people are not even aware of.  It is the magic and the mystery of these realms that are channeled onto the pages of elliott & Elliott and Vagrants & Vessels, through Aaron's words, breathing through the characters, inviting you to be a part of the story.

He writes most effectively on full moons and after meditation late into the night.

Aaron is currently working on short stories inspired by the realms created in the Awake in the Dark series.

Aaron considers himself an avid musician, and enjoys writing his own instrumental songs.  He is a devotee of the Unitarian Universalist faith, a truth activist, and a recovery advocate for those struggling with addiction.  Aaron has been committed to his own recovery since 2003.

He resides in Myrtle Beach SC with his two punk sweetheart cats.
